So much is happening so fast, I feel like I should be keeping a journal. Called Kevin today, told him all about the project. I told him I didn't know what his involvement could be, but just felt impressed to call.
He said Paul Kim has been writing him about a similar idea - documentary on the growth of a church. He's gonna call Paul tomorrow to find out more and see if there's a way we can combine them all.

Prayer for the Doc
God, as far as my understanding is that the purpose of this doc is to inspire the church to a new level of radical commitment to your purposes, my prayer is that:
* You would provide the right subjects for me to follow; people who are comfortable and real in front of the camera, people who are passionate about you with an excitement and commitment that is contagious.
* That you will guide the events of their lives as they unfold in front of the camera.
* That you will help the camera be in the right places at the right times to capture the conversations and events that will make the doc most powerful.
* That you will provide the right creative collaborators as I need them.
* That you will bless me and my collaborators with ideas and creativity.
* That you will guide the movement that is beginning at the Hollywood church - that you will pour out your Spirit on us and show us what it means to be Christians in Hollywood. Help us desire you more, help us be willing to sacrifice for your purposes, give us ears to discern your voice.
* Pour out your Spirit on Ryan and Lennox as they lead us.
* Father, for the glory of your name and the furthering of your kingdom, bless this project and use it to help inspire your people to go out and serve all those they meet.
* Provide us with equipment and funds. Provide cameras soon so we can start documenting.
* Father, lead us. What is your purpose for this project? Help us to listen and discern. May we never take ownership, but leave the outcome in your hands and follow your direction, step by step.
* For humility. May your name be glorified, not ours. Keep us humble. Help us seek only your glory. Give us grace so our egoes will not hamper your purposes.
* For distribution and airtime with the right networks. That the message would get out to those who need to hear it.
